A1: Your gift card can be redeemed in-store at any Magic Carwash location throughout Australia, applicable for services and products purchased.
Q2: Can I redeem my gift card online?
A2: At present, our gift cards are not redeemable online. We are working towards enabling this feature, but for now, gift cards can only be redeemed in-store at any Magic carwash location.
Q3: What is the validity period of my gift card?
A3: Your gift card is valid for three years from the date of issue.
Q4: What is the maximum and minimum amount for purchasing a gift card?
A5: You can purchase a gift card with a minimum value of $30 up to a maximum value of $1500.
Q6: How can I check the balance, transaction history, or expiry date of my gift card or eGift Card?
A6: Please visit https://giftcards.magichcw.com.au/en-gb/CheckBalance and click on 'check balance'. Enter your 19-digit card number and the 4-digit security code located on the back of your Giftcard. Then click on 'check balance' or 'view transaction history'.

Q8: How can I redeem my gift card?
A8: Redeeming your gift card is effortless at any Magic Carwash store throughout Australia. Gift cards can be used not only on all products, but all services in store (including Wheel alignments & Balances).To redeem your card, simply present your digital gift card in store when paying for services or products. You can either print the gift card or show it on your mobile device.
Q9: What is the policy for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards?
A9: Unless mandated by law, lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. We advise treating the gift card like cash and storing it securely. The bearer of the Gift Card will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Card.
